Stephanie, it's great to meet you! I noticed that you're from upstart NY; where about? I'm from Syracuse and was just curious! Also, I 'm wondering what you teach- el. or high school? Any special areas?...again, just wondering!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to hearing more about you!
Don't feel alone, I think this past week was a learning experience for all! Hope you're feeling better!
ReplyDeleteElisha- Im from Rochester! we are neighbors:) I teach Middle school ANDDD high school math so I travel between buildings, which is draining. If I could pick one subject to teach, it would def be 10th grade geometry- I love those proofs!! what about you? Im sure you said it in your blog I just havent read it all yet!
ReplyDeleteMatt- it was indeed but Im feeling more comfortable already:) Thanks for the comments!
I find it very interesting that two of you are from upstate NY and I lived there for 22 years! What a small world. I lived directly between Syracuse and Rochester. I went to SUNY Oswego for my undergraduate degree. You have to love WINTER!
ReplyDeleteHi Stephanie,
ReplyDeleteYou are up and it appears the group is interacting with you. Jump in and share writings and other ideas. The whole idea is to get you all feeling comfortable with this platform so you can exchange ideas that will help you help your students in getting motivated for writing. How is that for a run on sentence? Pat
Stephanie, you're right- it's such a small world!
ReplyDeleteI teach high school English (11th, 12th and AP) at a small Christian school the the heart of Syracuse. If you've ever heard of Faith Heritage, then it's a REALLY small world!
Hi Stephanie,
ReplyDeleteYou have the beginnings of a great blog and some solid followers. Continue to add to your blog and encourage members to sign in and converse on your writing pieces as you do likewise. The more you do the better the writing becomes and ideas shared. Pat
